Effective Date: October 2026. How FroznLabs handles data with maximum privacy and minimal retention.

1. Zero-Tracking Philosophy

FroznLabs does not deploy third-party advertising trackers, surveillance pixels, or fingerprinting scripts. Our public knowledge platform and editorial pages are served without invasive cookies.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information only when you explicitly provide it:

  • Newsletter Subscriptions: If you voluntarily subscribe to our technical dispatches, we store your email address solely to deliver requested publications.
  • Project Enquiries: If you submit a project brief via our contact form, we store your name, email, company, and project scope solely to evaluate and respond to your inquiry.

3. Server and Edge Telemetry

When you visit our site, our hosting infrastructure on Cloudflare processes standard HTTP request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URI, and response time) strictly for DDoS prevention, rate limiting, and edge caching optimization. These logs are purged automatically in accordance with Cloudflare retention policies.

4. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to request access to or permanent deletion of any personal correspondence or subscription records we maintain. To submit a deletion request, please contact privacy@froznlabs.com .
